24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment with less than 24 hours notice, a rebooking fee valued at 50% of the scheduled services does apply and will be due before a new appointment can be scheduled.
If you fail to cancel and do not show up for an appointment a rebooking fee valued at 75% of the scheduled services does apply and will be due before a new appointment can be scheduled.
If you are running late, services may need to be adapted to fit the remaining appointment time without adjustment to pricing. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, I will do my best to accommodate you, however your appointment may need to be rescheduled and a No Show fee will apply.
